The SH water polo team operates under the auspices of Sundfélag Hafnarfjarðar (founded on June 19, 1945). Team practices and aquatic training are held at Ásvallalaug in Hafnarfjörður, Iceland.

Any reproduction, distribution, or unauthorized commercial use of the club crest or name is strictly prohibited without prior written consent from SH.
The main website at waterpolo.sh provides public information regarding team schedules, head coach Mladen Tepavcevic, player registration via Abler, and promoting water polo in Iceland.
The interactive board and software application at waterpolo.sh/tactics/ is an independent personal software project conceived, developed, engineered, and maintained by Kristjan.
It is designed to empower water polo coaches, athletes, and clubs globally with high-precision digital boards, animated multi-step drills, ball passing physics, and pool dimensions for 12.5m, 15m (4x4), and 25m courses.

The Tactics Board is not an asset or proprietary software product of Sundfélag Hafnarfjarðar. The club bears no financial or legal liability for the tactics platform.
Ownership of User Playbooks
Coaches and players who draw, save, and curate tactical drills retain full intellectual ownership of their tactical strategies. Formations and drills saved to your personal library are private by default.
When you choose to publish a drill to the Community / Public library, you grant the global water polo community a non-exclusive license to view, play the animations, and use the drill for training and coaching purposes.
Data Privacy & Protection
We respect your privacy and collect only the absolute minimum data required to deliver the service:
- Authentication: Usernames and email addresses are stored securely to verify accounts and persist custom tactics.
- Transactional Email: Email addresses are used strictly for service notifications (e.g. secure password reset links via SMTP2GO).
- No Tracking or Sale of Data: We do not track users across third-party websites, nor do we sell, rent, or share personal data with advertisers or third parties.
